A clearer understanding of how trauma impacts your present life and greater self-awareness.

DESCRIPTION

Discover how past experiences may still echo in your present — in your thoughts, relationships, reactions, and behaviors. This week brings compassionate awareness to the ways trauma subtly influences daily life.

MODULE THREE

You Deserve to Heal – Embracing the Possibility of Change

OUTCOME

A shift from helplessness to hopefulness and openness to the healing journey ahead.

DESCRIPTION

Recognize that healing is not only possible — it’s something you are worthy of. This week opens the door to hope, giving you permission to release old pain and step into the possibility of meaningful change.

MODULE FOUR

Emotional Awareness and Regulation

OUTCOME

Improved ability to sit with and manage emotions instead of being overwhelmed or reactive.

DESCRIPTION

Learn to recognize, name, and respond to your emotions with care. This week focuses on building emotional literacy and practicing regulation techniques — so that your feelings no longer overwhelm you or need to be buried. You are learning to feel without fear.

Challenging Limiting Beliefs

Greater mental clarity and the ability to reshape beliefs that no longer serve you.

Strengthening Self-Connection and Self-Trust

Rebuild the relationship with yourself. This week supports you in reconnecting with your authentic self — the version of you that exists beyond trauma — and learning to trust your own wisdom, choices, and intuition again.

MODULE EIGHT

Embodying Worthiness – Living from Your Inherent Value

A more grounded sense of self-worth and ability to embody it through aligned behavior.

DESCRIPTION

You are not broken — you are becoming. This final week of the healing phase invites you to embody the truth that you are inherently worthy. You’ll reflect on how far you’ve come, and begin to live from a place of self-worth, not self-doubt.

Strengthening Resilience

Greater emotional resilience and the ability to meet life’s challenges with courage.

DESCRIPTION

This week invites you to recognize your capacity to rise, adapt, and grow through challenge. You’ll learn how resilience isn’t just about enduring — it’s about reclaiming your power, honoring your strength, and choosing to move forward with intention and courage.

MODULE TEN

Reconnecting with Joy and Empowerment

OUTCOME

A renewed connection to joy and empowerment as part of your healing identity.

DESCRIPTION

Joy is not a reward for healing — it is part of the healing itself. This week is about reconnecting with your sense of aliveness, delight, and possibility. You’ll explore what joy means for you now, and begin stepping into life as the empowered woman you are becoming.

Strengthening Core Values

OUTCOME

A clear set of core values to anchor your choices and guide your empowered future.

DESCRIPTION

This week invites you to identify what truly matters to you — your deepest values, priorities, and guiding truths. By clarifying your core values, you begin aligning your choices and goals with the life you truly want to create — one that reflects your worth, your voice, and your vision.

MODULE TWELVE

Reflection and Forward Planning

OUTCOME

A sense of closure, pride, and momentum toward living with intention and self-trust.

DESCRIPTION

In this final week, you’ll pause to honor your growth, celebrate your courage, and recognize all that you’ve reclaimed. You’ll create a vision for the future rooted in your new sense of self — and design a plan for sustaining your healing, honoring your needs, and moving forward with purpose and pride.

Self Discovery

This is the starting point, you embark on a journey of self-discovery. By identifying your ideas, values, interests, passions, and strengths, you’ll be able to start to map out a meaningful and fulfilling future beyond your current role and identity.

Duration: 3 hours

Purpose Discovery

The 'Purpose Discovery' module involves deep, perhaps lengthy, reflection exercises and visualisation techniques to help you discover and validate your new purpose beyond your work identity. You will leave this module feeling empowered and confident about your next phase of life.

Duration: 3 hours

Process Development

In this ‘foundation’ module, you’ll start to build a clear roadmap for your journey into the future. Through a clear understanding of goal-setting and action planning, you’ll gain the tools and techniques you need to navigate this significant transition. You may well find this quite different from any change you’ve managed before.

Duration: 3 hours

Support Development

This module will guide you in how to prepare yourself for the way forward. You’ll learn to ‘let go’ of the ‘past’ and the need for forgiveness and gratitude to facilitate this. We’ll discover who and what to avoid and how to identify ‘partners in believing’ who’ll support you in what may be a complex period of setting yourself free.

Managing Transition

Building on the previous module, you'll learn stress management techniques, how to deal with anxiety, and resilience-building strategies. You’ll learn to have faith and belief in yourself and transmit this to others. We’ll revisit the work you did in Modules 2 and 3 and fill out any additional detail or clarity. This module prepares you emotionally to manage the way forward seamlessly.

Duration: 3 hours

Harvesting Transition

In this module you’ll ‘launch’ your new ‘business’ of being YOU in ‘life-after-work’. You'll learn confidence-building exercises and ongoing action planning techniques to face any future fears and uncertainties. By paying attention to your intention without tension and with the support of your ‘team’ you can be confident your expectations will be met. This module ensures you step into your next phase ‘Powered Up’ with a sense of renewed significance and life force. Perhaps it’s time for a ‘starting party’!

    You’re looking for guidance, structure, and practical skills to feel more confident, calm, and connected to yourself.

  • You’re looking for clinical therapy or crisis support.
    This is a coaching program, not a substitute for professional mental health treatment or emergency care.
  • You’re not open to self-reflection or personal growth.
    Healing takes courage and honesty. If you’re not ready to explore your inner world with curiosity and care, this might not be the time.
  • You want quick fixes without effort.
    This program is powerful, but it’s not magic. Real transformation takes time, commitment, and your full-hearted participation.
