With over a decade in child welfare and seven years of coaching experience, I deeply understand the complexities of healing and transformation. For years, I’ve seen how the wounds of the past can quietly shape how we see ourselves, how we love, how we cope, and how we move through the world. I created Positive Living Coaching to be a safe, compassionate space for women to feel seen, heard, and valued as they begin the work of healing — on their own terms, and in their own time.
My approach is warm, calm, deeply empathetic, and solution focused — rooted in kindness, self-awareness, and the power of perspective. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to look within and strong enough to choose something different. You won’t find judgment here.
